Mindful Breastfeeding for a Calm & Connected Infant Feeding Experience

Would you like to breastfeed but you have no idea where to start?  Are you wondering how you’ll know you have enough milk? What if you can’t do it? How will you know if your baby is latched well? Will it be painful? Are you anxious about it being difficult?

Prepare both your body and your mind for feeding your baby with a Mindful Breastfeeding Antenatal Workshop.

The antenatal course includes: learning how breastfeeding works along with practising mindfulness techniques such as guided relaxations and affirmations to help achieve a positive mindset around infant feeding; and a happy and  successful feeding relationship between you and your baby.

Includes: 3 sessions (1.5-2hrs)

  • Session One – MIND (the mind/body connection and how this links to breastfeeding)
  • Session Two – BODY (how breastfeeding works)
  • Session Three – CONNECT (Trusting our bodies and babies, relaxation, support, self care and other practical ideas)

Identical to the private sessions but in a group setting, either face to face or online.
