- Free initial consultation (face to face or online)
- 2-3 antenatal sessions up to 2 hours (these can include accompanying you to appointments if required)
- 24 hour on-call service from two weeks before due date until your baby is born
- Continuous support during your labour until your baby is born and for 1-2 hours after or until you’re settled
- 2 postnatal visits
- Unlimited text, email and phone support from booking until 6 weeks after your baby is born
- Babywearing advice and free 2 week sling hire in first 6 weeks (discounts for ongoing support and hire)
- 10% discount on all Hypnobirthing packages
